Grinding Antagonists Get Comeuppance

In a brilliant 4D chess move, President Trump has disbanded the IRS and replaced it with a zero-cost enforcer. "Forget jail, tax cheats! You're going to hell!" he announced from the White House lawn. Deep-thinking left-libertarians (but I repeat myself) have braced themselves for richer, more intrusive government.

Over the course of civilization man has created in excess of some ten thousand different rights.
Meaning everyone is just one right away from being a statist.

There must be a thousand different versions of rights.
There must be a thousand different versions of ethics.
There must be a thousand different versions of art.

Do you not think animals have rights? Just because you "kidnapped" them? Maybe animals just don't have the same rights as you and the late Christopher Hitchens and his epigones.
You know, like priests don't have a right to free speech. Because when a priest speaks, he doesn't merely speak. He "indoctrinates."

Ergo, we won't have freedom until an aggressively secular elite imposes its high-sounding abstractions on on an atomized, deracinated populace

Gee, you'd almost think transnational elites have waged war, created refugees, and subsidized the importation of hostile alien hordes not to make us stronger.

Dear (fellow) Rights-Theists,

I have yet to find a so-called anti-religious war that wasn't waged by a wannabe, soon-to-be, or current leader of a State. As we all know, the State is a monopoly violence. It may or may not have religious trappings. Perhaps the wanton destructiveness of the French Revolutionary State, Bolshevik State, and Mexican Freemasonic State stems from something other than the adjective.

Keep your eye on the ball. The first gods were not kings. Culture comes from cult. Both are consensual phenomena--protestations of "brainwashing" and "indoctrination" notwithstanding. On top of that, anti-cultism is a cult all its own.

Cults are like rights. Some are better than others.

How to decide? Who's to say one cult or or culture or rights-system is better than another? Anybody can say! That's the thing! Welcome to the rich fabric of human existence!

I have a suggested epistemological approach to assessing competing reality tunnels. I share it at the risk of betraying my own cultural preferences. Ready? "By their fruits you shall know them."
